We’re grateful that you want to contribute to GA4Dataform. Contributions from the community are at the heart of what makes this project strong. This page explains how contributions work and what legal framework applies.
Before we can accept your contribution, you’ll need to sign our Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
The CLA is a standard legal document. It ensures that:
You keep ownership of your work.
Superform Labs receives the rights it needs to use, improve, and distribute your contribution.
Both you and the project have legal clarity going forward.
You keep your copyright. You remain the copyright holder of your contribution. You can reuse or license your work elsewhere, independently of GA4Dataform.
You grant us a license. You grant Superform Labs a broad, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your contribution. This includes the rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, and sublicense your work.
Flexibility for the project. We may distribute your contribution under both open-source and commercial licenses. However, we will always make sure it remains available under the open-source license(s) used for the GA4Dataform project at the time of your contribution.
This agreement allows us to confidently build on your contribution, knowing that it can be integrated into GA4Dataform and distributed widely. For you, it ensures your rights remain protected and that expectations are clear from the start.
Review the full Contributor License Agreement (CLA).
Sign the agreement.
If you contribute as part of your job, make sure your employer approves.
If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must also sign.
Send the signed CLA to hello@superformlabs.eu.
Once your CLA is received, you’ll be able to submit your contribution via GitHub or other approved channels.
Your willingness to contribute helps GA4Dataform — and the wider analytics community — move forward. We look forward to collaborating with you.
