These Product Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GA4Dataform and other software products provided by Superform Labs OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing, copying, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

These Terms apply to your use of GA4Dataform software and related services.
They do not govern browsing our websites (see Website Terms of Use) or our handling of personal data (see Privacy & Cookie Policy).
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GA4Dataform during an active subscription term, subject to these Terms and timely payment of fees.
All intellectual property rights in GA4Dataform remain with Superform Labs OÜ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not:
Copy, distribute, or sublicense GA4Dataform.
Use GA4Dataform after your subscription ends.
Remove copyright or license notices.
Reverse engineer or modify GA4Dataform except as permitted by law.
GA4Dataform Premium plans are provided on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice at checkout.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
Most purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to payments made via their platform.
For some Custom plans and services, we may invoice you directly through our accounting software (Envoice).
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and accurate.
The Unlimited plan grants broader usage rights under the following additional conditions:
Permitted use
You may use GA4Dataform within your own Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects.
You may also use it within GCP projects that belong to your customers, provided you hold an active Premium Unlimited license.
Permitted use
You must keep your license key secret.
You are fully responsible for any use or misuse of your license key.
If you stop working for, or on behalf of, a customer, you must ensure that:
the customer obtains their own GA4Dataform license; and/or
you downgrade to the Core / Community version or uninstall GA4Dataform from that customer’s environment.
We reserve the right to monitor reasonable indicators of license misuse (for example, by storing or validating license-associated email addresses or domains) to prevent abuse. This monitoring is limited to ensuring fair use and compliance and does not involve accessing your customer data.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Upgrades and downgrades
If you change your plan (for example, upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Core), the change takes effect immediately.
Lemon Squeezy applies proration by default:
If you upgrade to a more expensive plan, you are charged for the difference based on the remaining time in your billing cycle.
If you downgrade to a less expensive plan, a prorated credit is applied to your next renewal.
In some cases, Lemon Squeezy may attempt immediate payment of the prorated difference.
Refunds
Purchases via Lemon Squeezy are subject to their refund policy.
Direct invoices from us are non-refundable, unless required by law.
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Core users may use community support channels without guaranteed response times. Premium users receive dedicated email support at support@superformlabs.eu, but no SLA-backed response times apply. Custom users may receive dedicated support and, where expressly agreed in writing, SLA-backed response commitments. The SLA applies only to Custom customers who have an active SLA agreement. The current SLA is available on our website.
8. Use of third-party services and costs
GA4Dataform operates within your own Google Cloud environment. You are responsible for all costs charged by third-party platforms (such as Google Cloud storage, data processing, and query execution).
We are not responsible for charges, overages, or unexpected costs arising from your use of GA4Dataform or related configurations.

These Terms and your license end immediately if:
You fail to pay subscription fees.
You cancel your subscription.
You breach these Terms.
When terminated:
Your right to use GA4Dataform Premium ends.
You must cease using GA4Dataform Premium code and revert to Core.
You may keep archival copies of code, but you may not use them in production.
GA4Dataform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of GA4Dataform. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we were advised of the possibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of GA4Dataform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
