One of our co-founders guides you from scratch to a fully configured install. Here’s what’s included:
1. Preparation We send you a checklist of what we need from you. Once you share it, we prepare a configuration plan tailored to your setup before the call.
2. Install and configuration If you haven’t installed yet, we walk you through it. Then together we activate and configure all relevant modules: standard, advanced, and any custom configuration specific to your business. We also set up the daily scheduler to keep your data fresh.
3. Handover & next steps After the call you receive a summary of everything done, a one-pager with all the key info, recommendations for next steps, and follow-up support for any questions that come up.

Typically around 45 to 90 minutes, depending on the complexity of your setup. We’ll have a sense of the scope after you send us your checklist, so we’ll let you know what to expect before the call.
Not much. Once you submit the form, we’ll send you a short checklist, things like your GA4 custom dimensions, KPI definitions, and access details. We do the heavy lifting from there.
A basic understanding of GA4 and BigQuery helps, but you don’t need to be a data engineer. If you can set up a GA4 property and navigate the Google Cloud console, you’re ready.

After booking, we’ll send you an invoice or payment link before the session.
One-time. You pay €250 for the session, nothing more. There’s no subscription or follow-up charge unless you choose to upgrade to Premium.
We considered it. But a paid session means we both come prepared and treat it seriously. It also keeps the calendar open for people who genuinely need it, rather than casual curious calls.
Not automatically, but if you book a session and decide to upgrade to Premium shortly after, we’ll work something out.
Either works. Some freelancers cover it themselves and bill it to the client; others ask the client to pay directly. We can address the invoice to whoever needs it.
