Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record. They handle payments, subscriptions, taxes, and invoicing for all GA4Dataform plans, except Custom plans. If you purchase Premium or Core-related services, your invoice and credit card statement will show Lemon Squeezy. For Custom plans, invoicing is handled directly by Superform Labs OÜ.

Because GA4 and BigQuery are complex and constantly evolving. Keeping models up to date takes ongoing work. With a subscription, you’re never on your own: you get dedicated expert support whenever you need it, plus continuous updates to stay aligned with GA4 changes. Subscriptions also fund the development of both Premium and the free Core product, so the whole community benefits.

Yes. Subscriptions renew monthly or annually unless you cancel before renewal.

Plan changes take effect immediately. Lemon Squeezy automatically applies prorated charges or credits so you only pay for what you use.

Refunds are handled according to Lemon Squeezy’s policy. Direct invoices are non-refundable unless required by law. We don’t provide partial refunds for unused time.

Premium is billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. Annual invoicing is available for Custom plans.

No. GA4Dataform runs in your own Google Cloud environment. You are responsible for all costs charged by Google Cloud (storage, processing, and queries).

When you cancel Premium, your subscription runs until the end of the current billing period. After that, Premium access, updates, and support stop, and you must revert to the Core version. Your GA4 data remains in your own Google Cloud project, and nothing is lost.

Yes. You’ll always keep access to the free Core features. If you cancel Premium, you’ll simply lose access to Premium-only features, updates, and dedicated support.

Yes. Upgrading is seamless, and you keep everything you’ve built in your Core custom folders.

There’s no trial, but Core is free forever. You can start there and upgrade when you’re ready.

Premium saves at least hundreds of analyst hours, includes dedicated support, and ensures you’re always up to date with GA4 changes, far more valuable than the monthly fee.
