You can upgrade to Premium, open issues on GitHub, or ask in Measure Slack. Please note that response times are not guaranteed.

We usually reply to Premium users within a few business days, though there’s no guaranteed timeframe. Core and Community users can get help through our community channels when capacity allows.

Any user can report bugs. Premium users can email our support team, while Core and Community users can open an issue on GitHub. We aim to acknowledge bug reports within 3 business days.

Yes. Premium includes an onboarding call. Custom clients can request additional training or workshops.

For Premium subscriptions, billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. For Custom plans, invoicing is managed by Lemon Squeezy or directly by Superform Labs OÜ. If you have billing questions, check your invoice first and then contact us if needed.
