How do I get support for GA4Dataform?

All GA4Dataform users can request support via the support page. Premium users are prioritized automatically.

I think I found a bug. What should I do?

Any user can report bugs via the support page. We aim to acknowledge bug reports within 3 business days.

Who handles billing questions?

For Premium subscriptions, billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. For Premium Custom plans, invoicing is managed by Lemon Squeezy or directly by Superform Labs OÜ. If you have billing questions, check your invoice first and then contact us if needed.
