These Product Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of GA4Dataform and other software products provided by Superform Labs OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”). By installing, copying, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the software.

These Terms apply to your use of GA4Dataform software and related services.
They do not govern browsing our websites (see Website Terms of Use) or our handling of personal data (see Privacy & Cookie Policy).
If you have signed a separate written agreement with us (such as a Partner Agreement or a Custom contract), that agreement prevails over these Terms to the extent they conflict.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use GA4Dataform during an active subscription term, subject to these Terms and timely payment of fees. Core is provided free of charge under these Terms. Rights granted under a separate written agreement (such as a Partner Workspace under a Partner Agreement) are governed by that agreement.
All intellectual property rights in GA4Dataform remain with Superform Labs OÜ or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
You may not:
GA4Dataform Premium plans are provided on a subscription basis and are managed through your organisation in the GA4Dataform app (“Organisation”).
Your Organisation has a type, brand or agency, which determines the plans available to you:
Your access to Premium depends on the subscription status of your Organisation as recorded in the app. We keep that status in sync with Lemon Squeezy or, for directly invoiced plans, with our own administration.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your choice at checkout or as agreed in writing.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before renewal.
Most purchases are processed through Lemon Squeezy, acting as merchant of record. Their terms of service and privacy policy apply to payments made via their platform.
For some Custom plans and services, we may invoice you directly through our accounting software (Envoice).
You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and accurate.
Premium One and Premium Unlimited are for organisations that use GA4Dataform for their own business, within their own Google Cloud Platform (GCP) projects and within the limits of the plan as described on our pricing page.
If your Organisation is an agency, you may also use GA4Dataform within GCP projects that belong to your customers, provided each customer has its own Client Workspace in your Organisation with an active paid subscription.
If you stop working for, or on behalf of, a customer, you must ensure that:
If you held Premium Unlimited as an agency before your Organisation was migrated to the app, you may continue to use GA4Dataform within GCP projects that belong to your customers and create Client Workspaces for them without a per-client charge, for as long as that Premium Unlimited subscription remains active without interruption. The other terms in this Section apply.
You are responsible for all use of GA4Dataform within your Organisation, including by the users you invite to it.
We reserve the right to monitor reasonable indicators of misuse (for example, the GCP projects, GA4 properties, email addresses or domains connected to your Organisation and its workspaces) to prevent abuse. This monitoring is limited to ensuring fair use and compliance and does not involve accessing your customer data.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you change your plan (for example, upgrade to Premium or downgrade to Core), the change takes effect immediately.
Lemon Squeezy applies proration by default:
In some cases, Lemon Squeezy may attempt immediate payment of the prorated difference.
For agency plans, adding or removing a Client Workspace changes the quantity on your subscription. The resulting change in charges is applied as shown in the app at the time of the change.
Purchases via Lemon Squeezy are subject to their refund policy. Direct invoices from us are non-refundable, unless required by law. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Core users may use community support channels without guaranteed response times. Premium users receive dedicated email support at support@superformlabs.eu, but no SLA-backed response times apply. Custom users may receive dedicated support and, where expressly agreed in writing, SLA-backed response commitments. The SLA applies only to Custom customers who have an active SLA agreement. The current SLA is available on our website.
GA4Dataform operates within your own Google Cloud environment. You are responsible for all costs charged by third-party platforms (such as Google Cloud storage, data processing, and query execution).
We are not responsible for charges, overages, or unexpected costs arising from your use of GA4Dataform or related configurations.

These Terms and your license end immediately if:

GA4Dataform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of GA4Dataform. This includes loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we were advised of the possibility.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of GA4Dataform after changes means you accept the updated Terms. For signed Partner Agreements, changes to Program terms follow the notice and renewal provisions of that agreement.
